Crowdfunding Begins For ‘Friday The 13th’ Anthology Film ‘VICTIM NO MORE PART 2’

Friday the 13th fans are the best in the world, as evidenced by the seemingly endless stream of fan films they produce year in and year out. Victim No More is one such fan film. We watched it and had fun with it (our review), so we were happy to hear they’re working on a sequel! What’s the deal and how can you help?

Check out the teaser trailer below, then read on for the details!

Synopsis

LOOSE ENDS: VICTIM NO MORE PART II will be a feature-length sequel to Victim No More, as well as a prequel exploring the origins of the Survivor Squad members who appeared to take down Jason Voorhees at the end of the first film.  Similar to other anthology films, it will be a collection of short tales with surprising twists, shocking character reveals, fun cameo appearances by cult horror celebs and an all-new Jason Voorhees story that fits right into the established franchise’s 1980s timeline!

The team has set up shop on Indiegogo with a funding goal of $13,000. The goal is to finish the film in 2025, screen it in the Fall, and release it in on Blu-ray and online in 2026. They’re even promising some surprise cameos in the cast!

I gotta say I love the idea of a short story anthology for this franchise. Sign me up! You can check out the Indiegogo details and contribute right here!
